A fuel cell is a chemical device that directly converts the chemical energy possessed by fuel into electrical energy, also known as an electrochemical generator. From the perspective of energy conservation and environmental protection, fuel cells are the most promising power generation technology. At present, China is vigorously developing fuel cells, especially the technology of hydrogen and oxygen batteries, which has become very mature. The rubber sealing products play a crucial role. Currently, our company adopts two molding processes to meet customer requirements: 1. A high-precision liquid silicone injection machine directly injects silicone sealing rings onto the bipolar plate of the fuel cell core component in one step. This process is compared to processes such as screen printing and dispensing, and the advantages are that the obtained adhesive layer thickness and width are uniform and consistent, which can ensure reliable sealing of the bipolar plate and greatly improve the production efficiency of the stack. This method has high requirements for bipolar plates. 2. A high-precision liquid silicone injection machine is used to separately shape the silicone sealing ring, which is directly manually stacked in the sealing groove of the bipolar plate. This method results in low assembly efficiency of the stack, but high sealing stability of the stack. Our company can achieve high standards and low errors in the dimensional accuracy of sealant strips, and the product thickness can reach plus or minus 0.02mm. We have provided supporting services for leading domestic enterprises.
Liquid flow battery is a new type of battery, which utilizes the separation of positive and negative electrode electrolytes to cycle each other. It is a high-performance battery with high capacity, wide range of applications (environment), and long cycle life. It is a new energy product. At present, the domestic market is required by the state to improve the capacity of electricity storage and storage, in order to reduce electricity costs and protect the environment. Our company collaborated with the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010 to provide supporting services for domestic leading enterprises in all vanadium flow batteries. After long-term cooperation, our company has provided 2 yuan and 3 yuan fluororubber seals, optimized from sealing washers to sealing coils and other upgrades and material improvements. During this period, our company also improved production processes, optimized material formulations, reduced production costs, improved dimensional accuracy, and achieved joint development progress. Currently, we have collaborated with multiple enterprises.
