Development of cable plug components for deep-sea use

Due to the pressure of domestic and international competition and the technological blockade caused by trade crackdowns, the domestic market is unable to purchase high-precision components from abroad, making it difficult for China to independently develop corresponding products in order to break the technological bottleneck. Our company has maintained long-term cooperation with multiple domestic rubber research and development institutions and inspection institutes, and can customize and replicate rubber components for customers.
Our company has jointly developed deep-sea cable plug rubber components with the client. Without any technical information and only samples, we have achieved the client's ideas and requirements and are currently applying for a national patent. Firstly, we collaborated with the Rubber Research Institute to analyze the sample material. Secondly, we conducted 3D scanning to confirm the dimensions of the product, drew accurate 3D drawings, and optimized the design of the mold to achieve the product. Secondly, we conducted two certifications for the physical properties, dimensions, and appearance of the product. Finally, we conducted simulated assembly and usage tests to fully verify the feasibility of the product's use, which was highly recognized by the customer. Subsequently, more than 10 products were developed, ultimately achieving the customer's goals and forming a strategic partnership with our company.
